All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it.

Repairs & Repolishing

We proudly offer:

  • Free Repairs for up to 1 year after your purchase date (US orders only).

  • Lifetime Repolishing on all pieces. We want your jewelry to shine like the day you received it — always.

To initiate a repair or repolishing request, please use the contact form and fill in the information with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 weeks

  • Delivery Estimates: Vary based on location and courier, typically 3–5 business days after shipment.

Handmade with Intention

Each piece is made by hand in small batches. Slight variations in shape, texture, or finish are normal and reflect the uniqueness of your piece.

Do you offer custom sizing or designs?

At this time, custom work is limited. Please reach out to see if your request can be accommodated.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin production right away. Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make any changes, and we’ll do our best to assist.

What materials do you use?

All pieces are made using .915 sterling silver. See individual product listings for more details.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend storing your pieces in a dry place, away from direct sunlight or moisture. Clean daily with polishing cloth.
